I still consider Blood Vaults my favourite, but this is a damn close second! A Masterpiece! Favorite track: Summer Decapitation Ritual.

Wes Scott One of if not my favorite black metal (and a bit of doom) albums out there. This guy makes albums that will likely fill you with overwhelming dread, and some great riffs, vocals, and more on top. Favorite track: The Clockhand's Groaning Circles.

John Smith probably the greatest modern black metal artist today. Favorite track: The Mine.

Atmospheric Black Metal Cat The term " atmospheric " gets thrown around a great deal in black metal. This release positively drips with Atmosphere and is one of the greatest examples of the genre. As a whole this release is not quite as good as Rain upon the Impure in my opinion , but that just makes this a fantastic record as opposed to tremendous I guess. God Sent No Sign , running right into and through The Clockhand's Groaning Circles is absolutely regal. Favorite track: The Clockhand's Groaning Circles.
