He takes his sound in a new approach, adding gothic and even some light death metal elements. While always maintaing his perfect atmosphere, TTG is the first album since UTS that is more song focused vs the focus on a album wide concept. He perfects his songwriting, ending up with some of his best moments and being his tightest written album. 4.5/5 Favorite track: Deserts To Bind And Defeat.

dode-vogel this is just one of the best black metal albums of the year. the atmosphere is gigantic. and the musisianship is awesome realising it is a one man project. fantastic job on creating this album Favorite track: Anchoress In Furs.

pinkytheent Wow, talk about an album that really conjures an atmosphere! I am transported at once into the cave and dark plain of the cover art. Very excited to hear more from these folks! Favorite track: Polar Hiss Hysteria.
